Location, Location, Location! Recently purchased 3 bed, 1.5 bath house less than 2 blocks from Mother Road Market. Located less than 1 mile from Tulsa University, restaurants, brewery's, grocery stores, and hospitals. Downtown Tulsa is just a few miles to the NW. Renter is responsible for paying utilities. This house was purchased for future development, the development is at least one year out, but likely no more than 2 years. I don't want to spend money on the house because it will be demolished once the development starts. My office is next door, so I will expect the property to be kept up, clean, and presentable. No loud dogs. I will have my lawn crew mow the grass as needed.
