Bedroom with air mattress could be converted into an office or infant/toddler room (Graco Pack-N-Play is available along with Genie diaper pail, stroller, dining booster chair, some books and a few toys for your little one if needed). The home is tastefully furnished and decorated. Comes with bedding, towels, cooking pots and pans, all kitchen appliances (many small appliances, such as Blendtec, George Foreman sandwich maker, Keurig coffee maker, etc., in addition to regular appliances like a coffee grinder, electric kettle, regular coffee maker and a not-so-fancy espresso maker). The in-unit washer/dryer is a big plus. Walking distance to public transportation (Routes 50, 56 and 57 in four minute walk and Routes 55and 128 in a 7-minute walk), grocery stores, restaurants, movies, beauty shops, yoga studio, Alki Beach, coffee shops and more. Takes 15 to 20 minutes to arrive in downtown Seattle by bus or car. Free shuttle to Alki beach in a 3-minute walk. Utilities, Wi-Fi and Netflix are $200/month.
