Huge yard with 40 fruit trees along eagle creek and there is a paved trail along property, street parking, small fenced area. On dead end, I own both sides. Neighbors only next door, pretty much as private as it gets. At this time I use the garage some but not much, getting rarer, usually to do maintenance on the houses across street and own the end of the street on both sides, 3 houses and 3 garages and 3 storage sheds. I do not have the houses for sale, The purple in the photo is the yard, you will be responsible for the grass in the purple. Tenant responsible for all cutting grass and utilities, Garage not included, I own the end of the street on both sides 3 houses, sheds and garages. I am open to renting those for extra, you only get the house. I have not been there much the last few years,long term tenants are moving July.
