This Aperture lot sports fantastic mountain views, and has open space on most sides. The Aperture subdivision has fishing and boating rights on the Slate River, a community gazebo that is on the river, and is adjacent to the town of Crested Butte. Aperture building approvals are not subject to those of the town of Crested Butte, but enjoys town water and sewer. Town can be accessed from Aperture from 8th Street or Gothic Road, and is easily accessible by foot or bike from the rec path or its own walking/biking path.
