Smoking is allowed on the deck. Smoking inside the apartment will incur a $750 cleaning fee and be grounds for lease termination. No person but the named person on the lease may receive mail at the apartment address. One cat is allowed with a one-time pet fee. Tenants are required to take care of their own personal maintenance, such as a clogged toilet or drain. One off-street parking space comes with the apartment.
