ZILLOW IS WRONG REGARDING THEIR ZESTIMATE. HOW THEY CAME UP WITH THAT # I HAVE NO IDEA. I HAVE TRIED REPEATEDLY TO REACH THEM.
I paid $150,000 for the house and put 10's of thousands into the house so 156,000 is a joke.
The only reason I am selling is because I had to move my horse to another facility due to a horse who would not stop bullying my horse. I renovated this house for me so all stones were turned. You can go to my website catherinecraven.com and see the before and during pictures of the house.
Lots of natural light fills every room. Floors taken down to original hard woods, lots of heart pine through out, all asbestos removed, new roof, on-demand gas water heater, all new appliances including dual fuel stove, all two pole wiring replaced, new vapor barrier, all new duck work and intake for the HVAC, new paint inside and out, new plumbing for all that was needed, new expanded bathroom, master closet/office, screen porch, nice pole barn and storage with electricity to both, new landscaping, etc. Great location walkable to downtown.
This is a great house and great neighbors.
