2 types of private rooms available. 1 master suite with private bathroom. 2 mid-sized rooms with a shared bathroom. Common kitchen and living area. Bills will be split amongst tenants. Tenant must have and keep renters insurance of $50k. Tenant must be enrolled in a San Antonio area college or university. Minimum 12 month lease. A clean background check is required. 1st time college renters will not need rental history. No smoking or vaping of any kind on property. Tenants will be required to clean up after themselves and maintain a tidy living space. If cleaning is necessary, tenants will incur additional charges. Additional requirements may be needed.
