We are only moving out because we unexpectedly bought at house. It is a short walk to both Frick Park and Schenley Park. Also, located near bus loops. We rented this apartment through Lobos Rentals. It is the 1st floor of a large house. The upstairs neighbor is friendly, kind, and respectful. It is advertised as a two bedroom apartment. We used one room as an office that is located off of the living room space through pocket doors. The main living spaces includes a living room, bathroom, dinning room, and kitchen. There is a bedroom located at the rear of the apartment with a full bath and large closet. The bedroom is connected to the dining room through a small room in which we have used as a second closet area. There is a large shared covered front porch. The apartment is dog and cat friendly with a $100/month pet fee. All utilities are payed by the renter including gas, electric, water/sewer, and cable/internet. All renter/sublets would need to complete an application, provide photo ID, pay a $35 application fee, and sign a sublet agreement through Lobos Manage.
