We are only moving out because we unexpectedly bought at house. NO SECURITY DEPOIST NEEDED This apartment is located around the corner from Murry Ave. There are numerous food options and stores within walking distance. It is a short walk to both Frick Park and Schenley Park. Also, located near bus loops. We rented this apartment through Lobos Rentals. It is the 1st floor of a large house. The upstairs neighbor is friendly, kind, and respectful. It is advertised as a two bedroom apartment. We used one room as an office that is located off of the living room space through pocket doors. The main living spaces includes a living room, bathroom, dinning room, and kitchen. There is a bedroom located at the rear of the apartment with a full bath and large closet. The bedroom is connected to the dining room through a small room in which we have used as a second closet area. There is a large shared covered front porch. The apartment is dog and cat friendly with a $100/month pet fee. All utilities are payed by the renter including gas, electric, water/sewer, and cable/internet. All renter/sublets would need to complete an application, provide photo ID, pay a $35 application fee, and sign a sublet agreement through Lobos Manage.
