Spacious studio with full kitchen and washer dryer in unit. If y'all are looking for more than a one year lease, I am open to looking at an 18-24 month lease for the right tenant(s). Utilities are shared between front and back unit and we use a fixed price of $95 per month. If there is a material difference in the monthly utility expense, landlord reserves the right to adjust the fixed price.
