No smoking allowed in unit. Quiet hours after 9pm. 1 dog under 40lbs allowed. This is an amazing unit and deserves and equally amazing tenant. Our neighbors are so special. I've never lived somewhere where the HOA was so attentive, responsive and knowledgeable. Special community. Everyone is very friendly. Felt like living with good friends and extended family. Everyone watches out for each other. Couples with babies, lots of singles, several dogs owners. Ps we are incredibly kind, attentive and here to be a resource.
