TRANSPORTATION A car is helpful but NOT necessary. Uber and Lyft are available. Restaurants In walking distance. The resorts next door have poolside bars and restaurants that are open to the public. You can access them from the street or beach. Walmart Convenience Store is in walking distance for groceries and other items. SNOWBIRD RENTALS This condo is available for monthly rental for snow birds from November - February. No mid-month to mid month rentals. Start the first week of the month, end the first week of the next month. Must sign a rental contract agreement
