Exterior Front: Painted using original color. Shrubs by front porch removed and replaced with rock & gravel landscape. 2016: Gutter system installed on front of house. Installed split-rail fence on both sides of property. Exterior Back: Tin shed in backyard removed and replaced with a top-quality 8x10 Tuff-Shed. 2017: Installed new fence in backyard. Side fences are on this property. Installed top-quality 15' flag pole in front of home. Added two additional electrical outlets in garage along with floodlights in the front and back of house. All electrical work done by professional electricians. 2021: Added 18'x18' Mueller metal building/workshop in backyard which was permitted by the City of Lubbock.
