South Tahoe Ski Lease (2025 Ski Season - Dec. 27th - April 1st) This is a 3 month winter season lease for those interested in an extended stay in South Lake Tahoe. We hope your family will enjoy the winter in Tahoe while we are away. This lease is perfect for ski families that are seasonally enrolled in ski team, lessons, or just want to enjoy the winter on a regular basis without the hassle and expense of weekend or weekly rentals. This is not an AirBnB. This is our home. We have cleared out a lot of things to make room for you and your family, but some personal items will be left in the house. Check out the details below: Property Description: Tidy, airy, upgraded, 2 bath, 2+ bedroom custom home, sleeps 6 All utilities included (Wi-Fi, Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video, water, gas, trash, electricity) Bedroom 1 (queen bed) Bedroom 2 (twin bunk bed great for kids) 2 bathrooms (1 main and 1 attached to the primary bedroom) Office space: electronic adjustable desk w/ two monitors, exercise equipment, and queen Murphy bed pull down for temporary guests Furnished kitchen and dining set Washer / dryer Partial garage w/ ski storage area 2 car (on driveway) parking Snowblower No cats and no smoking please. Dogs evaluated on a case by case basis. Neighborhood Setting: Quiet central neighborhood City plowed, flat streets 1 min to Lake Tahoe 2 min to grocery stores 15 min to Heavenly Ski Resort 45 min to Kirkwood 25 min to Sierra at Tahoe Full season lease only (December 26th to April 1st). There is a snowblower on site if you want to clear the driveway yourself or we can book a full season plow service (~$1000 in addition to the cost of the lease). Regular cleaning service upon request ($150/each visit).
