Inside you'll find a full size kitchen that is fully equipped. Bedroom has a Queen bed, Smart TV, dresser and closet. Living room has a Loveseat and Smart TV. Conveniently located near Highways 5, 8, 805, and 163, you'll be close to everything. The beach and Mission Bay are just 10 minutes away, along with the airport and downtown. USD is less than a mile away, and Fashion Valley is nearby for all your shopping needs. I sincerely want you to relax and to make yourself at home right away. I maintain the yard and will occasionally be trimming and sweeping. Below are a few places highly recommended by friends that I have been to but are not regular places of mine. Belly Up Tavern in Solana Beach is a classic landmark, Kevin Costner and Jeff Bridges play there on and off but the easy treat is happy hour every Friday 5:30 to 8:30. The Coyote Grill in Carlsbad has great local bands that play Saturday and Sunday from 3 p.m. till 10 p.m. and most weeknights. Beautiful ride on the Coaster Train to get there or take I-5. You can catch the train on Sorrento Valley Road, 10 minutes away. (Check internet for train schedule.) Torrey Pines State Beach is only 15 minutes away. Get there by going North on the 5 and take the Del Mar Heights exit, to the Coast Hwy go north until you see the beach on the left. Great Sunsets.
