On the second floor you'll find a lounge with pool table, more grills and a gym. I have absolutely loved living here but unfortunately have to move. You will get to take over my lease through July 2023 with the option to renew. $500 move-in fee and your gross income must be at least 3x the rent. I pay around $60 per month in all utilities. I'm also able to get Verizon 5G wifi here, so that is only $25 per month. Pets are allowed and pet rent is $30/mo. Garage parking is attached and included in the price.
