Building's electricity is powered by solar. LGBTQ & BIOPC friendly. This apartment was previously a short term rental and is fully furnished but can also be rented unfurnished. You will have use of a large but unfenced yard. Pets are OK. We use a PetSmart radio fence containment system for our dog in the upper area. You could set up a similar system outside your apartment. Note in the photos the 2nd bedroom is separated by a room divider curtain and kitchen does not have a full-sized stove. No smoking.
