Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Parties are not allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violations are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third.
