This is only a 3 month rental option from mid-November 2025 to mid-February 2026. The house has 5-bedrooms but being an older farmhouse, the 3 upstairs rooms are small. The larger rooms are on main level. There are trails in the 5-acre woods and a beautiful communal yurt that is available for anyone on the farm to use with friends or to make music, etc. The house has a great wood stove in the living room, endless firewood and a ductless heat pump. There are several other friendly families on the farm (in other units). Robin the cat lives here too. Although the 10-acre property feels quite remote, it is only a 7-minute drive to the local commercial hub (Walmart etc) and a 14-minute drive to St. Michaels or Costco. Renter is responsible for propane refill if needed during stay. Water and garbage are covered in rent.
