Our building is a 3 block walk to Lake Union and a 10 minute walk to the office buildings in the Lake Union neighborhood. We are also within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Multiple transit options nearby. We have onsite parking for all tenants that is free of charge. The monthly rent includes all water, sewer and garbage charges. We ask for first month's rent and a $1000 deposit with a 12 month rental agreement. We do not ask for last month's rent. We are a NO SMOKING / NO PETS building. We do run a credit and background check on all potential tenants. You must have good credit to move in.
