The home is located on a dead end road which makes for little or no traffic. It is on a paved road but has a gravel drive. The yard is loaded with trees so plenty of shade. There are washer dryer hook ups. A stove and a refrigerator are included. It has central heat and air. There is no water bill because it is on a well. The water is good with no taste odor. There is a large storage building with electricity next to the home. We are in a country setting but there is a Wal-Mart three miles from the house. We require a $700 deposit and $700 rent. We do require references and background check. There is a 1 year lease. Renter is responsible to pay their electric and their trash. Water is on well. Central heat and air. Lease terms are one year.
