WHAT THE PROPERTY LOOKS LIKE Upon entry, you will enter directly into a spacious living room with new, modern furniture and appliances. The living room is connected to the outdoor balcony, which offers you the stunning views of Portland, and is also connected to a kitchen, which has brand new appliances and is stocked with all of your cooking needs. This floor also has a master bedroom (queen bed) with its own TV and separate bathroom, as well as a pull out couch in the living room. Downstairs, there is an additional two rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, another TV, and another bathroom. Each bedroom will be rented separately and all of the common areas will be shared amongst everyone. Price of utilities and trash are included with the cost of rent. 6 month lease term minimum and up to 1 year. All utilities are included with the price of rent. Property is fully furnished and ready for move in. Mandatory monthly cleaning will be site once a month to keep the place in great condition for all renters and guest.
