We are looking for an On-Site Security & Handyman Manager who can take care of issues on-site in exchange for a 2-bedroom, 1 bath apartment, includes water, sewer, trash collection and exterior pest control. Does not include electric, cable or internet. This person will work under the direction of the Administrative & Property Manager for Williams Investments & Properties. They will ensure the company mission and established goals through managing the property, enforcing the lease agreement and will advocate on behalf of the company. This person must be able to complete a Rental Application which includes a Background Check, Employment Verification, Landlord References, and Credit Check. Duties include but not limited to: 1. Fix minor repair problems (leaky faucet, lock-outs, etc) 2. Communicate at least once a week with the Administrative & Property Manager 3. Provide security by being aware of what is happening on the property 4. Be an Emergency Contact for tenants and the Company 5. General ground cleanliness and tidiness 6. Enforce lease rules in a gracious manner and contact office if tenant is not compliant 7. Mow and weed-eat as determined in agreement 8. Water shrubs if needed 9. Clean laundry room weekly 10. Clean dumpster area as needed 11. Mow and weed eat during summer 12.
