Your deposit will generally be equal to ONE MONTH RENT UNLESS YOU HAVE AN EVICTION, THEN IT WILL BE $1200 2 EVICTIONS WILL BE MORE. BANKRUPTCIES WILL ALSO REQUIRE $2000 OR MORE DEPOSIT. If you admit to a bankruptcy or eviction, there is no application fee. If you say you do not have a bankruptcy or eviction then there is a $30 application fee that we use to look for bankruptcy and evictions only. Other forms of bad credit are ok.
