The address is between the 580 and 880 freeway, three houses down from the 14 bus stop. The cottage is accessed through a security gate that locks from the inside and outside. Once through the gate, there is a short path through our garden, filled with flowers, native plants and food crops, and a large fig tree. We know and keep good relationships with all our neighbors with adjoining fences. We also keep chickens in a pen (not free-roaming) and bee hives on site. The bees are at the edge of the yard, minding their own business, and not interfering with human use of the yard. Renter is billed for 1/5 utilities billed to the address, which is approximately $50/month. Deposit of $1350 is to be paid at signing.
