This home is conveniently located about one mile from the Notre Dame campus and a 5-10 minute drive to many local restaurants and shopping areas. Taxis, bus lines, Bird Scooters, Uber, and Lyft are all available for easy transportation. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation and complete an online check-in form, which may require a photo of a government-issued ID. Check-in starts at 4 pm and checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Smoking or vaping violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are prohibited. Parties, gatherings, or events and excessive noise are not allowed. Only the guests listed are allowed on the property. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a fine. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
