Grill in Backyard Water is included in rent (free) PSEG averages $50-90/month per person Internet is about $20/month per person About us: You'll be living with one male and one female, both with full-time jobs and hybrid schedules we're usually in the office 2-3 days a week. The place stays clean and low-key, and we're looking for someone who's respectful and easy to share space with. After we meet and agree on fit, the landlord does a background check (I forget the exact amount, but it was no more than $50, possibly around $25?)
