Located in the most affluent area of Portland (Portland Heights), this space indeed takes you to new heights, giving you panoramic views of the Portland Skyline. WHAT THE PROPERTY LOOKS LIKE Upon entry, you will enter directly into a spacious living room with new, modern furniture and appliances. The living room is connected to the outdoor balcony, which offers you the stunning views of Portland, and is also connected to a kitchen, which has brand new appliances and is stocked with all of your cooking needs. This floor also has a master bedroom (queen bed) with its own TV and separate bathroom, as well as a pull out couch in the living room. Downstairs, there is an additional two rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, another TV, and another bathroom. Rent includes utilities, trash, cleaner once a month, and internet. One set fee. Cleaner will show up to perform cleaning once per month.
