The three full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. The living area features an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, electric stove, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, and beautiful granite countertops. This home has an expansive backyard with a beautiful screened-in pool where you can enjoy watching for dolphins and manatees in the river, soak in the beautiful Florida sun, and witness NASA rocket launches. Guests will also have access to a private dock on the river, two canoes, an inflatable stand-up paddleboard, a propane BBQ grill, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Capable of fitting up to 12 guests, this is the perfect getaway for friends and families. While we love all furry friends, we only allow dogs at this property. Merritt Island is located on Florida's largest island, which serves as the home of NASA's Kennedy Space Center. Meet an astronaut, enjoy the automated thrills of the Shuttle Launch Experience, and explore other interactive displays. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers should check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds, and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons, and more. Plenty of space for on-site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. Orlando is less than 40 minutes away. Uber and Lyft are prevalent and efficient in the area as well. We provide keyless entry with digital door locks. Our digital locks let you arrive and check yourselves in, but we're here if you need us. Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 8:00. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, light cleaning supplies, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs. If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. Mailbox access is not available for guests.
