Basic kitchen supplies like spices, oils, and aluminum foil, dishes and cooking tools, plus toilet paper and paper towels. Mixed gender household, all adults, quiet respectful house. Basic rules, keep the noise down. Clean up after yourself. No smoking or vaping. The term is month-to-month with a 30-day notice to terminate. Rent is pro-rated based on the day of move-in, lease effective date. I will accept a payment plan for the security deposit. I use a screening service that checks for criminal, credit, and eviction notices ($45). This will not show up on your credit! If you have a current, within 30 days, tenant screening report already pulled I'm willing to take a look at it. If it does not check everything the service I use checks, then I will not use it. No pets of any kind. No smoking or vaping. All utilities including unlimited wi-fi is included in the rent.
