There is 1 HUGE living room, a large dining room, a huge kitchen, 3 really large bedrooms, hallway/storage area, and a bathroom. The refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer are all included, however, they are on special order. All of the flooring is new. There are beautiful oak and maple hardwood floors that recently have been redone. Also, the unit has been freshly painted and it comes with one spacious parking spot in the garage. All three bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes. My favorite part of this apartment is that there is a balcony off of the kitchen that is perfect for entertaining, smoking, relaxing or hanging up clothes to air dry (there are cloths lines built into the iron posts. The balcony is a 9 X 17 ft balcony (153 sq ft). The rent that I am asking for is $975.00. If you are moving in more than 5 people, I will charge an additional $25 per person to compensate for the water bill. The rent includes water and sewage. I do not pay for heat or electricity.
