We would like to rent out one bedroom & one baths of our 3 bedroom/3 bath house for six months (November to April). House is mostly furnished and has a fenced in yard. We plan to keep other bedrooms with our belongings but we will not be present while the house is rented for the six months. Rent will cover water, sewer, trash, recycling, and internet. Tenant will pay gas and electric. No smoking or drugs. 6 month lease is ideal for us.
