Welcome to My Coastal Hideaway, a beautifully updated townhome just minutes from the water in Hampstead, NC. With a firepit, grill, balcony, and a private fenced yard, this beauty is ready to host you for a relaxing and fun getaway to the coast of NC. It comes fully furnished as shown in the pictures.
My Coastal Hideaway sits on stilts so car parking is covered. The 1st level features a living area with comfy seating and a Smart TV, a dining table, open and spacious kitchen with all you need for meals and snacks, and bar seating at a stylish island. Outside on the balcony, enjoy seating under the stars and overlooking our private fenced-in backyard with fire pit. A half bath and laundry area round out the main floor.
Upstairs, you'll find a master bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features a queen bed with Smart TV, and the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a Smart TV. A full bathroom serves both bedrooms and has a vanity and tub/shower combo.
On our ground floor, we have a propane grill for all your barbecue needs. We supply BBQ utensils. The fenced-in yard is perfect for your little ones to run off energy, or sit around the firepit and chat about the events of the day.
Guest boats are welcome and you can enjoy the nearby Sloop Point Marina with access to the intercoastal waterway. At the marina, you'll have access to three of the premier fishing charter services--Carolina Flats Fishing, Grassy Sound Charters, and Gottafly Guide Service. Get to any of these top fishing services in NC quickly and easily from My Coastal Hideaway. You'll love the secluded surroundings of the house and nearby beach or venture over to Topsail Island Beaches which are a short drive away, and there are restaurants and shops to enjoy in Hampstead as well as in Surf City (10 miles away), and the large city of Wilmington is only about 30 minutes away.
No pets/ESA or smoking are allowed. Parking is limited to three vehicles/trailers.
Short-term (2-30 days), mid-term (30 days to 6 months), and long-term (greater than 6 months) are available. Owner will maintain all utilities (electric, internet, and trash) under their name and the renter will only have to cover monthly rent for short- and mid-term. The water is from a well and thus no water bill is required. Well water does have a slight smell but there is a water softener installed to help.
