My husband and I purchased this home in 2018. We have done many upgrades including the kitchen, we have painted the cabinets white, replacing countertops with a black speckled quartz, new white subway tile for the backsplash, painted the kitchen a light Grey, and had installed new flooring in the kitchen, as well as the large space for a eat-in kitchen. The room looks and feels much brighter as well as spacious. In the formal dining room and living room we have installed Bruce hardwood flooring, and it is a beautiful shade matching the foyer area. The carpet in the family room, up the stairs, and landing has been replaced by a neutral shade, the family room has also been given a fresh coat of paint (neutral shade), as well as the four upstairs bedrooms. The master bath and full bath have been changed to a beautiful Grey, new flooring is coming soon. The office in the basement was used as a bedroom for my older son, and is now being remodeled for whatever you want to use it for. The walls are dark Grey, white woodwork, and new ceramic tile is replacing the carpet. New carpet will be replaced on the steps and landing leading to the finished side, the other side we use as a workout room and still have plenty of storage.
