Come home to enjoy the views from the lanai! They are invigorating! The unit is located on the cool side of the building. The unit itself has a washer and dryer, window a/c, 2 twin sized bed, and it's fully equipped with all one needs. No smoking or vaping in the unit or on the lanai. I'm sorry, but the building does not allow pets, and bikes and surfboards are not allowed in the elevators. Assigned, secured parking, water and cable are included in the rent.
