Plambeck Gardens is soon to be the newest apartment community in all of Washington County! Residents will enjoy BBQing onsite, and a gardenbox for every member of the community. The idea behind this community, really is COMMUNITY! Pinehurst Gardens Apartments is located right on Boones Ferry Road, and expected to be ready for move-in right after the New Year! Apartment A101 will be an 830 Square Foot 2 Bedroom 1 bathroom apartment home located within the community. Residents applying for this unit must have an annual household income of at or below 30% of the median. There are a total of SIX 2 bedroom 1 bathroom units available at this rate in Building A. The first six households to apply for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit that have income equal to at least one months rent (or have an agency willing to subsidize their rent), that's at or below 30% of the federal median income as listed in the images attached will be invited to complete the application process. Applications will be accepted by email beginning: November 4th, 2024. Bus line 96 serves SW Boones Ferry with stops to the north and south with each 1100 feet away. Bus line 96 goes into Tualatin (2.5 miles) where many services such as grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops are located. The community building and lobbies will have shared Wi-Fi. Ample parking will be available for residents who may have more than one vehicle. All areas of the site are accessible and at least one planting box in the community garden will be raised to be accessible to those in wheelchairs. The community building was designed to provide a space that would be flexible, beautiful, and an amenity that makes Plambeck Gardens residents proud of where they live. It will be used by residents for personal gatherings and relaxation space, and staff will use the space to host events, 13 youth programming, CPAH's Thriving in Place senior program, and will also be available to service provider partners. Minimum Income is 1x monthly rent. There is no minimum credit score at Plambeck Gardens. Lease term is 1 year.
