We have a private room for rent in a 3 bedroom condo. Currently, I furnished it in a very basic sense, but can add more furniture items or make alterations as we go. Full Bed and Mattress included. New. This is a 3 floor condo. The rest of the unit has washer/dryer in unit, kitchen with full access and dining room and living room. There's a small patio where you can hang out if you like. The community does have a pool, jacuzzi, and grilling area. We are minutes away from many hiking/biking trails, and about 15 minutes away from Carlsbad State Beach and the I-5 freeway, or the 78. Close to areas of interest such as Hyatt Aviara, Callaway, Omin, Thermo Fisher, OptumRx, Genoptix, etc. You are welcome to store your bike or surfboard in the garage. There's on site parking outside of the unit within the community area that's permit provided. I am including utilities (wi-fi, water, trash, electricity), to keep things simple. I myself work as a registered nurse and prefer a quiet and independent roommate. I have an 11 lb dog and a husky that's about 40 lbs. No other pets, please.
