The apartment is fully furnished (but if you have your own, we can make arrangements) and the kitchen has recently been renovated. There is a gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, airfryer, and many kitchen essentials. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet. A washer/dryer is on site for your convenience. The bathroom has a large shower. There are 2 ceiling fans in the apartment and air conditioning. There is plenty of natural sunlight and some mountain views! There is a deck for some nice outdoor enjoyment. The owners are local and available if needed. This furnished apartment is available for professionals seeking short term housing of three months, as well as up to a year with a signed lease. The $1500.00 monthly rent includes all utilities, garbage, and internet. It is a second floor apartment with a deck off the kitchen/living room. We prefer no pets, but will allow one on approval. Also, no subletting, no smoking, and no more than two renters. Parking is available for two vehicles. There is a $300 cleaning deposit. The security fee of $1500 is not to be used for the last month's rent. If there is damage or something needs to be repaired, the security deposit will be used. Any remaining funds will be returned to the renter.
