We have a spacious 1 bedroom with upgraded stainless steel appliances and a walk-in storage closet in the front. The unit is not flexed but can be to make it a 2 bedroom. During the pandemic, we were able to get our rent down to a great rate of just $3110/month. (According to street easy, this unit should be about $200-250/month more right now) We will be cleaning the apartment thoroughly before moving out, but the apartment will be a lease take over as is.
