Located in a tiny home community not visible from the road and silence is normal here. Although rural in feel , it is only 3 miles from the rail runner, 3 miles to stores, 1 mile to gas station and a restaurant, 1 mile to a laundromat, and 4 miles to I-25. 30 minutes to Sunport Airport or Kirtland AFB. Above all it is safe and quiet here. Parking is off street. There is a maintenance person on site. We are also next to the Rio Grande so walking trail and fishing are 2 activities that are out the door. We are 1/2 mile from an 18 hole golf course as well. This time of year the wintering SandHill cranes reside along the river Nov to March , they fill the sky at dawn and dusk, quite a sight to see. Minimum lease period is 3 months. Water/sewer/propane included in rent, included in rent is a $100 electric credit per month; should the bill run higher, tenant shall be billed for that portion over $100. Lease shall be signed and security deposits paid prior to move in. Only the person on the lease is to stay on/in premises. 2 people max. No parties or disturbances to the neighbors are allowed. This is not everything that is in the lease once application process is completed and approved the lease will be presented. The home is nonsmoking and should there be evidence of odor / smoking materials in the home or on the grounds around the home the security deposit shall not be returned. Tenant shall pick up after their pet. Cat must be litter trained and be neutered/spayed. Only one vehicle per tenant is allowed. No trailers or RVs to be parked as additional vehicles. We use an online payment system. Once a lease is activated, you will be required to pay rent via the online portal assigned to you. You must maintain a bank account and an email address. This home qualifies for our Rent to Own program, tenant must be qualified to apply. Terms to be determined based on financials and credit strength, $6500 down deposit is the minimum required.
