Base rent not including utilities is +$2400, and the landlord will calculate the utilities, the electric/gas, water, garbage, that the tenant has to pay. The gas stove and refrigerator are appliances the landlord has provided for normal use, but landlord does not provide or pay for any replacement appliances. The lease agreement specifies that the tenant has to pay for their own replacement of appliances and their installation. After 3 months of Rental Agreement having taken effect, the tenant becomes responsible paying for the proper repairs/replacements/maintenance relating to their rental unit that arise. -No pets. No smoking indoors. No subletting.
