Guest screening is required prior to check-in for safety and security. Wristbands are required for pool entry and are available for a daily fee of $10. A $100 fee applies for lost wristbands. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. Smoking indoors is not allowed in any part of the unit or building and may result in a $300 fine. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Excessive noise or disturbances may affect your stay or the comfort of others. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. A late check-out will incur an additional cost. Please take care of the objects and equipment available for your use. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will cover it, but it does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or any damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 fee and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200$300. A party on the property incurs a $300 fine. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. We do not provide washcloths, so please bring your own if needed. Treat the property as your own home and keep all household items inside the unit during your stay. An additional fee will be charged for lost linens or apartment keys. Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment to help maintain an optimal environment for everyone.
