They are available for rent for $1,150 per month with a $1,100 security deposit. The security deposit is due at lease signing, and the rent is due at move-in. A one-year minimum lease is required. The minimum monthly gross household income requirement for this property, which is three times the monthly rent, is $3,450. The unit features a large living room and kitchen area, both of which have vaulted ceilings. The living room has sliding patio doors that lead out to a fenced patio area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining area with a stove and dishwasher provided by the property owner. Tenants can rent a fridge for $50 monthly or bring their own.
