Ideal for travel nurses, professionals, or anyone seeking a quiet and safe mid-term rental. Standard lease term is 3 6 months, with extensions or long-term possible for the right fit. Located just minutes from Carson Valley shopping, dining, and healthcare facilities, with quick access to hiking, Lake Tahoe, and Reno. Lease details: $1,000/month (utilities included). $100 cleaning fee + $200 refundable deposit. Pets considered with additional fee. No smoking.
