Craftsman custom home completely remodeled in 1999 from foundation up. Updated in 2011. 2017 appraisal was 205k. The Zillow estimate is grossly inaccurate. This home is located in the Leas Woods Historic Conservation district across from Overton Park. In 2012 the appraisal was for 162k which was submitted to Zillow when I made this posting in 2015. In April 2017, 2367 Circle Sold for 205k. My private "z-Estimate" view-able in my Owner view says 264k for this address today.
