The room features a single window that allows natural light to flood in, on the second floor to overlook the tree's outside, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Against one wall, there's a well-organized closet designed to meet all your storage needs. It allows shelving, ample hanging space, and the ability to hold built-in drawers, the closet can easily accommodate everything from clothes and shoes to accessories and seasonal items. You'll be sharing the apartment with three University of Oregon students; one girl and two guys. But we're open to anyone as the fourth roommate. The living arrangement is convenient and organized, with two bathrooms divided by gender to ensure everyone has their own space and privacy. The heart of the home is the shared kitchen, which is both spacious and well-equipped. It features two refrigerators, providing ample storage for everyone's groceries, along with a dishwasher, sink, oven, and stove, making meal prep and cleanup a breeze. There's also a shared living room, thoughtfully furnished and equipped with a TV, providing a comfortable space to unwind. Whether you're looking to relax with a show, catch up with your roommates, or simply enjoy some downtime, the living room is always available whenever it's convenient for you. The lease is for 12 months. We maintain a smoke-free home and don't allow pets.

We're students at the University of Oregon, usually independent individuals who primarily keep to ourselves since we are always off doing our own things. But we do value a peaceful and respectful living environment and respect each others boundaries.
