Light the fire (wood burning fireplace) and enjoy a movie on the unobtrusive large screen TV in the living room or step out onto the spacious back deck with beautiful views of the grounds and their mature landscaping as well as nearby hills.
The kitchen is adorned with oak cabinets, tile countertops and is equipped with gleaming stainless steel appliances.
Appliances in the home also include a washing machine and clothes dryer.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a large custom closet with adjustable shelves, an en suite bathroom with a standing shower and direct access to the back deck. It is currently furnished with an adjustable king bed (which can be moved to another room or removed entirely).
Bedrooms #2 and #3 share the hall bath with a shower-over-tub combination. Please note that these bedrooms are currently unfurnished and do not have beds, but the Homeowner is willing to furnish with new beds depending upon the needs of the tenant.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet deposit and a signed pet addendum.
Rental rates and terms: Long term rental of 12+ months desired, offered at $5,300 per month and a $5,300 deposit.
Water, garbage, sewer and HOA dues are included in the rent; Tenants are responsible for other utilities.
Quarterly housekeeping is also included in the rent. Landscape maintenance is performed by the HOA.
