What the owner loves about this home
I grew up here in Jefferson. I went through all of the schools here, played sports, worked in the fields for local farmers and made lifelong friends and have built and had an amazing life here. I've been fortunate enough to see a lot of America and the world, and the Northwest and our little piece of the world ranks with the best! This house used to belong to the Wilson's, who raised their family here and always had amazing gardens. We purchased the home and lot in 2008, It had a previous owner who gutted it, so we slowly fixed it up. It has been a rental for about 12 years now, We have had great tenants, who have been very good to the home.
