We will require applicants to have approximately $4000 per month of stable and verifiable income, excellent rental history (verifiable over the last 12 months), and very good credit. We are offering a one year lease. Rent is $1275. W/S/G for one person is $100 per person per month. Deposit is $800. Admin fee $200. Credit and background check required. Applications through Zillow.
