It also includes a 65" OLED TV, Sonos surround sound, LED lighting on dimmers, 1Gbps internet and wifi, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, and a sliding door to a fire escape that can serve as temporary outdoor space. Some of the things I really love about this place: - Sunny and bright, no real need for lights during the day except a little bit in the second bedroom. Direct afternoon sun lights up the whole place. - Near zero street noise. This unit faces the back of other units and is one of the quietest places I've ever lived. - Large and plentiful closet space. - Location: a few hundred feet from Lake Slow street, 12 minutes walk to Baker and China beaches, a short walk to Lincoln Park, the Presidio, Lands End, and the number 1 and 38 bus lines, an amazing corner produce market at a couple blocks away and an Andronico's and Grocery Outlet within walking distance. A short drive to Golden Gate Park, Ocean Beach, and 4 minutes driving to the Golden Gate Bridge. Quiet safe area. Rent includes internet and water. I'm happy to negotiate on including electric and gas. Open to non-shedding small dogs who are well-behaved but would like to discuss further on the phone. * Please note that these photos include an air purifier, which I've moved out of this unit to where I'm currently living. There's a lower quality one still in there. The old washer dryer are also in these photos with a photo of the new one. ** The EV charger is on a box that regulates total amperage used by the apartment. If you use too much, it gracefully shuts off EV charging until there are enough amps to charge. Total unit amps are 50 and charger is 25. In practice a car can easily recharge overnight unless you're running the dryer all night. Owner pays for water and internet. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. No smoking. Only small non-shedding and house trained dogs allowed. Parking in a shared garage. Condo is furnished. Lease can be short term if you prefer, minimum of 3 months. Long term tenant ideally. My most ideal situation is someone who would want to come into the unit for the next few months while it's furnished and then I can move my furniture out in June while you continue to live there, but I know this would be a rare situation to find.
