This 21-acre, 268 villas gated complex includes 24-hour security. The beach is public with private access. There is a private pier for The Spa guests and owners only for viewing the scenery. Fishing from the pier is prohibited. There are great areas for shelling, crabbing and fishing along the beach. Beautiful private grounds with lush landscaping and multiple outdoor seating areas are available for you to enjoy. Please Note: No Motorcycles, Mopeds, Golf Carts, Boats, RV's, Trailers, Personal Watercrafts (Canoes, Kayaks) allowed at The Spa on Port Royal Sound. PARKING PASS For your stay at The Spa, a parking pass is required for each vehicle. Guests staying between 1 and 89 days will be charged $20 per pass, per vehicle. Upon arrival at The Spa's security gate, please present your signed rental agreement, including your unit number and length of stay. The security guard will issue a pass for the duration of your visit, and the $20 fee can be paid directly to them at that time. Deep cleaning charge of $295.00 after move out. Security deposit equal to one months rent required. Minimum 1 month lease for discounted rate. No smoking allowed.
